Multifunctional Industrial Controller "SmartNexus" 110D for Data Collection and Processing

2.1 Multifunctional industrial controller SmartNexus 110D is designed to collect data from electrical sensors of remote technological objects with their subsequent processing and storage, data transmission via GSM wireless channel to the telemetry server and control of technological equipment by commands of the dispatcher. The controller provides formation and transmission of alarm messages when the values of technological parameters exceed the set limits and allows monitoring of emergency situations. Also, the controller provides data exchange with external devices via RS-232/485 and Ethernet interfaces.

The controller provides flexible setting of parameters of acquisition, storage and transmission of measured values as well as selection of standard and specialised protocols of data exchange. Explosion protection level "Explosion-proof" for explosive gas mixtures of category IIB, meets the requirements of GOST 31610.0 (IEC 60079-0), GOST 31610.11 (IEC 60079-11).
