Multi-Range Flame Detector Spectron-901-Exd-M for Fire Safety Applications

The detector is a multi-band flame detector. Detection of flames is made by the presence of electromagnetic radiation in different ranges of the infrared and ultraviolet spectrum. The detector is designed for fire extinguishing systems and fire alarm systems at the facilities of oil and gas industries and their infrastructure.

The detector housing material is galvanised steel with powder coating. The enclosure has a degree of protection (IP66/IP68) from the external environment. The detector complies with the requirements for explosion-protected equipment of group I and subgroups II equipment of group I and subgroups IIA, IIB, IIC according to TR TS 012/2011, GOST 31610.0 (IEC 60079-0), GOST IES 60079-1.

The detector is designed for operation in hazardous areas of classes "1", "2", "21" and "22" of closed objects and outdoor installations. The design of the device and the scheme of arrangement of sensors allows to obtain the resulting diagram of detection of ignition sources in the form of a 90° cone.
