Description

Wave dispersive (crystal-diffraction) X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Designed for simultaneous determination of up to 20 chemical elements in industrial and natural materials with high accuracy and productivity. There are two types of scanning channels. Equipment of round-the-clock operation mode. Widely used in analytical laboratories of enterprises of mining and metallurgical industries, construction industry. It has no analogues in Russia.
