Microprocessor-Controlled Hand Prosthesis for Fine Coordination and Grip - PR0-MPU.1

Designed to compensate for the lost functions of fine coordination and grip (according to the level of amputation).

The prosthesis shall consist of a receiving sleeve, electrobrush, cosmetic sheath (if necessary), wrist assembly, electrodes, battery, battery receiver, battery charger, electrical cables, customised prosthesis attachment elements. The receiver sleeve is made of laminated plastic based on bonding resins or thermoplastics. The wrist assembly (with rotation) is usually an integral part of the electrobrush assembly. The options for the grip/opening of the electrobrush, as well as options for the use of the cosmetic sheath, are determined by the electrobrush manufacturers. The brush is controlled by receiving signals from electrical impulses of the user's upper extremity to the control unit and then converting to one of the programmed grip/open options.
