Microprocessor-Controlled Forearm Prosthesis PR2 INDY-H for Enhanced Mobility

The prosthesis is designed for partial compensation of congenital and amputation defects of the forearm while maintaining a mobile elbow joint, including in the case of a long residual limb (separation in the wrist joint or the presence of a hand rudiment). Suitable for adults and children from 9 years of age. The forearm sleeve is customised for each user (see section External sleeve), the other prosthetic elements are standard sizes (4 sizes in total).

The grip and opening of the fingers of the prosthesis are active: by means of an electric motor in the hand module, the first (thumb) finger and the other 4 fingers are brought together (grip) and opened in relation to each other. The prosthesis has one type of grip (gesture), the pinch. The palm and fingertips are equipped with anti-slip silicone pads.

Optionally available with conductive (touchscreen) tips for use with touchscreens.
