Magnetic Position Sensor DPM-2 Version 100 “METAL” for Secure Locking Applications

Magnetic reed position sensors DPM-2 are designed to block gates, railway containers, hangars, car doors, lifts and other structural elements of buildings and structures made of magnetically conductive materials (steel, cast iron, galvanised iron, etc.) and non-magnetically conductive materials, on opening or displacement with signal output by opening (switching) dry contact reed switch, as well as in automation systems of various devices. The reed switch unit can be manufactured with NAMUR contacts, providing logical recognition of typical line faults: open circuit and short circuit (short circuit) in accordance with IEC60947-5-6 standard. The design of sensors is two-unit (reed switch unit, magnet unit). The housings of the 100 series products (version 100) are made of aluminium. The type of output is double insulation.
