M20 Signal Output Module with Galvanic Isolation for I/O Applications

The mezzanine module M20 is designed for output of discrete signals with galvanic isolation as part of input-output modules based on the carrier module M12 and its versions. The module provides: <ul> <li>- output of eight discrete signals on powerful field-effect transistors with vertical channel of N-type;</li> <li>galvanic isolation between the main part of the module and discrete outputs.</li> </ul>The module is designed for operation as part of on-board equipment of automatic and automated control systems operating in difficult operating conditions. The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the product quality to the requirements of technical specifications if the customer complies with the conditions and rules of storage, transport, installation and operation established by the technical specifications and operational documentation. Warranty storage period - 10 years from the date of manufacture at the manufacturer.
