Liquid Purity Control Device PKZh-904 for Accurate Measurement of Liquid Cleanliness

The PKZh-904 liquid purity control devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) are designed for measuring liquid purity, technological processes of parts washing, hydraulic units by measuring the number of particles in a unit volume of the investigated liquid simultaneously in each of six ranges from 5 to 200 microns according to GOST 17216-2001.
The principle of operation of the devices is based on the conversion of pulses of light caused by the passage of particles of contaminants moving with the flow of liquid through the photoelectric sensor into voltage pulses, the amplitude analysis of these pulses for six size ranges and further digital indication of the number of pulses simultaneously across all ranges.
