Linear Conveyor Support for Efficient Material Handling and Stability

Linear stack of the conveyor is installed in the middle part of the conveyor (between the drive or dumping station and the tensioning or end station). Linear bed is designed for installation on it conveyor rollers, which in turn support the belt, and additional technological equipment. It is a set of assemblies, such as stands, runs, roller supports, connected by bolted or welded joints.

Nodes of the linear mill are made as welded structures or as separate parts. The design, dimensions and number of linear bed units depend on the characteristics of the conveyor (conveyor length, belt width, productivity, transport speed, etc.), the transported cargo (size of material pieces, moisture, etc.) and the arrangement with other technological equipment and building structures.
