K-MVS High Voltage Switchgear for Reliable Power Distribution up to 4000A

High-voltage switchgear cabinets type K-MVS (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear"), are designed for the reception and distribution of electrical power of three-phase alternating current of up to 4000A frequency of 50 Hz voltage 6 (10) kV in networks with isolated or grounded through arc suppression reactor (resistor) neutral. GIS have a rigid construction, in which are built in voltage transformers, current transformers, current-carrying parts, equipment for partial neutral earthing (in special purpose cabinets). In the upper part of the switchgear installed microprocessor protection and control units, measuring and signalling equipment, terminals for circuits of secondary connections, including terminals with the possibility of sealing in the circuits of electricity metering. The switchgear enclosures provide for the installation of withdrawable trolleys, which contain circuit breakers, voltage transformers, fuses and disconnecting contacts, which perform the following functions disconnecting contacts which fulfil the role of disconnectors.
