It also protects the optical module of the device from mechanical influences.The device has two versions: with the optical module built into the device body, with the optical module on the probe. The instrument of the first version has compact dimensions and easily fits in a pocket. The device of the second version is designed for temperature measurement in hard-to-reach places, and can also be used for temperature control of railway axles.
