APK "IS DB OPM "January-374" refers to technical and software means of information systems containing databases of subscribers of the telecom operator and the communication services provided to them, as well as information about users of communication services and the communication services provided to them, ensuring the performance of established actions in the conduct of operational and investigative measures in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation ? 573 of 29.10.2018. The set of AIC depends on the telecom operator's network, its structure and the set of licences in the field of communication services.
