Inclined Ionosphere Sounding Hardware-Software Complex "Mitsar-K" for Real-Time Measurements

Inclined and quasi-vertical zoning of the ionosphere by linear-frequency-modulated (LFM) signal and experimental determination of ionospheric parameters in real-time mode. Transmission and reception of crypto-protected information messages using LFM signal with the possibility of delivery close to 100%.
It is used in order to: - equipping air traffic control communication points of civil aviation to ensure flight safety;- organising a network of LFM-ionosondes to ensure highly reliable communication in high latitudes with trawl fishing and merchant fleets;- conducting research work in the study of the ionosphere, magnetosphere, solar physics and anomalous phenomena..
