Horizontal Boring-Milling Machine GRS 10 CNC for Precision Engineering

GRS 10 CNC - Horizontal boring and milling machine with a movable rotary table and with an extendable working spindle with a diameter of 100 mm, the maximum bearing capacity of the table 3000 kg. The machine belongs to the smallest representatives of this type of machine tools of AO "GDS Ural". The optimally designed structure of the machine consists of a rigid stand and a longitudinal bed, on which the cross sledge with the rotary table mounted on it moves.

Thanks to the rigid, vibration-damping construction of the basic parts made of grey cast iron, optimally matched drives and precise guides with clearance selection, the machine is designed for efficient complex machining of workpieces, including complex workpieces of small dimensions and weight, especially cast iron and cast steel, including technologically demanding operations. Special accessories, peripherals and special equipment, mainly of a technological nature (e.g. guide ...) are intended to extend the capabilities of the machine.
