Hip prosthesis for bathing

Bathing hip prosthesis without cosmetic lining. The residual limb sleeve is made from an individual mould of the patient's residual limb. The material of the stump sleeve is injection moulded laminate reinforced with carbon fibre (carbon).

Fixation of the prosthesis by the KISS system using a polymer gel cover (1 piece) or by means of a supportive thigh brace and a vacuum valve. The RSUs are appropriate for the weight of the disabled person. The knee module is lockable.

The supporting structures of the knee module are made of water-repellent materials. The foot is hingeless, monolithic, water-resistant. The sole of the foot has a lattice profile and, thanks to the special composition of the materials used and its shape, has a very good adhesion to the wet support surface, which increases the safety of using the prosthesis.
