High-Speed Vacuum Cutter A170-0.5 for Efficient Meat Processing

High-speed cutter A170-0,5 with a bowl volume of 500 litres is designed for fine grinding of all types of meat and mixing it with additional components under vacuum in the manufacture of all types of sausages, sausages and wieners. The quality of manufacture and construction of the cutter meet modern requirements. The bowl and the liner of the cutter body are made of stainless steel.

The vacuum lid has a hatch made of transparent material for visual observation of the process of minced meat preparation and addition of components in the process of cuttering. The body, power structures of the cutter as well as the hydraulic drive systems are made according to the licensed drawings of KRÄMER+GREBE. The cutter is equipped with: Hydraulic actuators for vacuum and knife cover, and hydraulic actuators for lifting/lowering of the unloader and loading device for a standard 200-litre trolley.
