Description

The NT250 lathe machining centre combines high-speed machining capabilities, high positioning accuracy and repeatability, and high torque. All of these features expand the machine's technological capabilities, allowing for greater flexibility. The rigid, solid cast iron bed guarantees long-term stability of the machine's geometric accuracy.

The bed is tilted at 30° to ensure compact dimensions and facilitate chip evacuation. -All linear axes of the machine are equipped with backlash-free roller guideways, which guarantee static and dynamic rigidity for a long service life. -The machine spindle is assembled on four tapered bearings and has reduced runout in axial and radial direction even under heavy cutting conditions.

-Transmission of rotation from the main motor is transmitted to the spindle by means of a poly-V-belt.
