Gymnastics Mat for Floor Exercises - Perfect for Training and Performance

The gymnastic carpet consists of separate sections made of polished plywood. Each section is fitted with cylindrical springs made of high carbon steel. The plywood sections are connected to each other using a tongue and groove system with the help of slats.

The ends of the springs are fitted with plastic supports to protect the floor during operation. The sections are secured to each other using textile tie straps. A two-layer elastic polyethylene foam covering is laid on top of the plywood deck.

The lower layer consists of puzzle mats 50 mm thick. The puzzle-mats are made according to a special technology, providing a strictly vertical arrangement of the end surfaces, which allows to ensure a tight fit of the mats between each other and as a consequence gives the carpet a uniform rigidity of its entire surface. The top layer of the covering is laminated with carpet.

Decorative curtains are installed around the perimeter of the carpet.
