Ground-Laying Cable MAC for Underground and Cable Conduits

For laying in the ground, cable ducts, pipes, trays, blocks and other cable constructions. The cable contains a core of modular construction with a central element of insulated copper cores twisted into a symmetrical star four, around which optical modules with loosely laid fibres and cordels are twisted. The free space in the optical modules and in the cable core is filled with hydrophobic gel.

An aluminopolymer tape and an intermediate sheath made of polyethylene are applied to the core. A drainage wire is laid longitudinally under the aluminopolymer tape. Armour made of steel wires is spirally applied on the intermediate sheath.

The free space between the wires is filled with hydrophobic gel. The armour is overlaid with a sheath made of high-density polyethylene. UV resistant; Excellent rodent protection.
