Grain Pre-Cleaning Separator SPPZ-100 for Efficient Grain Cleaning

Separator is designed for preliminary cleaning of grain, leguminous, small-seeded and other crops before drying. Separator is installed in the technological lines of grain cleaning complexes of agricultural enterprises, elevators, flour and cereal production. The separator is manufactured in climatic version U category 3.1 according to GOST 15150-69.

Operation of the machine is provided in premises of class B-IIa according to PUE. Power supply of electric motors of working bodies drives is carried out from AC network with voltage 380 V, frequency 50 Hz. Permissible fluctuation of supply voltage from 360 V to 400 V.

Operating conditions: feed material should come from the field after combines or after threshing devices: - humidity of the source material - up to 25%; - content of weed impurities - up to 16%; - ambient air temperature from minus 15 to plus 45 C.
