TR8-14 Adjustable Full Arm Splint for Upper Limb Immobilization

Tutor for the whole arm is designed for fixation of the upper limb in the position of full extension in the elbow joint and in the middle physiological position in the wrist joint with thumb withdrawal. Tutor consists of a single sleeve for the hand (with fixation of the thumb), forearm and upper arm, if necessary with the shoulder joint. It is made: by vacuum moulding on an individual plaster cast from thermoplastic materials, by lamination of carbon and textile materials with resin or by innovative technology in the field of polymeric materials - using low-temperature plastics, modelled directly on the patient's limb or cast.

The sleeve can be decorated with thermal paper. The softening inlay is made of foam material. The fastener is made in the form of a textile clasp providing an adjustable degree of fixation of the upper limb segments.

Each fastener consists of two parts.
