Description
A fire-resistant shock absorber a-T is used as a means of personal protection against falling from height, can be used as a separate connecting part, assembly or component in a system with ties, slings and anchor point. The shock absorber serves as an energy-absorbing device that reduces the dynamic load acting on the human body during the protective effect of PPE against falling from height to a safe value. The material is fire-resistant tape with aramid fibres. The product is additionally protected by a fireproof cover. In the zone of open flame the shock absorber "a-T" withstands the effect of temperature 800°C for 5 s.
