The device performs continuous monitoring of inputs and tamper contacts, power supply and communication channels, redundancy of communication channels, formation and transmission of alarm and information notifications to the centralised monitoring station (CMS) and cellular phone. The device provides organisation of two-way communication between the object and the monitoring station, as well as execution of the specified control actions at the object upon occurrence of a controlled event or receipt of control commands, activation of indication means and sound signalling.
