Description

F2 Pro Pellet is an industrial pellet 3D printer ideal for fast printing of volumetric products (printing area 10006001000 mm).

The technology of three-zone heating of pellets inside the extruder (up to 500°C) ensures uniform material feeding and high quality of the resulting product. In addition to standard printing granules (ABS, PLA, PP, PE, etc.), the printer allows printing with secondary raw materials: recycled plastic granules PET, PP, ABS, HDPE, LDPE and others. Pellets are much cheaper than classic filament yarn, and the resulting products are perfectly subjected to post-processing - turning, milling, etc., which allows the introduction of additive technologies in the production chain of the company.

The technology is suitable for the creation of disposable moulds, punches, composite lay-up dies, prototyping, mock-ups, etc.
