Energy System Emergency Automation Device UPAE for Stability Protection

The device of emergency control automation of power station (UPAE) is designed for prevention of power system stability violation (APNU), station unloading automatics (ARS), station loading automatics (SLA), load disconnection automatics (SAON), automatics of dosed control actions (ADV).
Main functions:
- input and processing of pre-emergency information,
- selection (calculation) of control actions (CA) for the mode of local automation of stability violation prevention (LAPNU mode),
- operation in the mode of a remote controller of the centralised emergency control system of the Centralised Emergency Control System (UKPA mode),
- emergency control when a software signal is received,
- periodic serviceability control (self-diagnostics),
- human-machine interface,
- information exchange with the DSPA server,
- interfacing with ACS of the facility,
- issuance of alarm and warning signalling,
- registration of emergency events and processes,
- time synchronisation - NTP,
- protection against unauthorised access.
