Description

The electric convection cooker is designed for cooking food on various modes: -convection -convection + steam -heating with steam <ul> <li>- steam</li> <li>low-temperature steam</li> </ul> The combi steamer is used at catering enterprises both independently and as part of a technological line. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The boiler allows cooking dietary dishes. For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages. The appliance is also equipped with a function of humidity regulation, which is carried out by changing the volume of water supplied to the oven.
