Edge Rounding Machine for Improving Corrosion Resistance and Strength

Edge rounding increases the corrosion resistance and fatigue strength of the metal structure. The edge rounding machine is designed for simultaneous rounding of four sharp edges of the sheet or four sharp edges of the lower flange of the I-beam. Rounding of external edges is carried out in automatic or manual mode by rolling rollers. The equipment is modular and can be customised to meet individual customer requirements. The entire line is controlled from a single console by one person.
