Digital Control System for Assembling Welded and Soldered Pipelines

Digital USP is designed for assembly of welded and brazed pipelines and checking them for compliance with the working design documentation and its corresponding mathematical model. It includes the following functions:
a) assembly of slipway models in CAD according to the available models of pipelines;
b) assembly of slipways from universal and special elements;
c) position control of universal and special slipway elements;
d) pre-assembly of the pipeline and adjustment of pipeline parts to ensure assembly dimensions (pipe marking for allowance cutting and facing, namely determination of the residual allowance value);
e) assembly and tacking of pipeline components;
f) inspection of pre-assembled pipeline (on tacking);
g) inspection of the manufactured pipeline on the slipway.
