Diffusion high-vacuum pump ND-1000E is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, non-aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid of the pump and not containing dripping moisture and mechanical contaminants. Diffusion high-vacuum pump ND-1000E is used together with forevacuum pumps in stationary conditions, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 1332 m3/h. Type of climatic execution UHL4 according to GOST 15150-69, but for operation at ambient air temperature from +10 0C to +35 0C and at cooling water temperature from +4 0C to +25 0C. Diffusion high-vacuum pump ND-1000E is not intended for operation at fire-explosive production facilities.
