Maximum (full) amplitude of movement - is the most important part of exercise performance.Correct trajectory of movement - anatomically the most favourable for effective working of target muscles in the exercise. Anatomically shaped seat - follows the natural curves of the body, providing the trainee with a correct and stable position (comfortable and safe). Crank system of seat height adjustment - quick and easy adjustment of the machine to the athlete's own parameters.

Weight stack weighing 80kg, consists of rubberised steel plates of 5kg each. Teflon bushings and stainless steel guides are used. Protective cover for weight blocks and moving elements of the simulator (2 mm steel) - full safety and durability.

Supports of the simulator - rubber pads D 120 mm * 20 mm. Their use provides stability, excellent grip on the floor and vibration absorption. Instruction manual with illustration and description of exercises, QR code with a link to a video with the correct performance of exercises on the simulator.
