Description

The cooker with a roasting cabinet is designed for heat treatment of products in the pan and in the chamber of the roasting cabinet, in the kitchens of catering companies. The upper module with 4 burners is installed on the griddle cabinet. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong.

The roasting cabinet chamber, made of carbon steel, is wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from right to left. Lower and upper heating elements are installed in the chamber.

The lower heating elements are covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating elements are open. In the chamber, on 5 levels, GN2/1 trays (530x650mm, depth from 20 to 200mm) can be installed.

Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. Temperature regulation of the lower and upper heating elements is performed by corresponding thermoregulators. The control panel of the cabinet is located to the right of the door.
