Contact Butt Welding Machine MS-2008.03 for Rebar and Low-Carbon Steel Applications

Machine MC-2008.03 is designed for contact butt welding of reinforcing steel by fusion and fusion with preheating of parts from low-carbon steel, as well as tools and blanks of building structures, including reinforcement of reinforced concrete of II and III classes.

The machine provides two types of welding: a) automatic welding by continuous melting of products with cross-section from 300 to 1000 mm2; b) semi-automatic welding with preheating of the ends of welded products with cross-section from 1000 to 2000 mm2.

Operating conditions of the machine in version UHL4 according to GOST 15150-69: a) altitude above sea level up to 1000m; b) ambient air temperature in the working room from +1C to +35C; c) average monthly value of relative humidity of ambient air at temperature +20C not more than 65%, upper value of relative humidity 80% at +25C and at lower temperatures without moisture condensation; d) cooling water temperature from +1C to +25C; e) ambient....
