Compact Electromagnetic Flaw Detector EMDS-3 for Accurate Pipeline Thickness Measurement

Designed for flaw detection and separate determination of pipe wall thickness in wells with multi-column construction.
Features and advantages
-Detects defects such as cracks, breaks, corrosion and mechanical wall abrasion intervals, explosive perforation zones and filters, as well as disconnections in couplings;
-determines thickness of three inner pipes (including tubing) separately for each pipe (after machining) without removing the tubing;
-allows to investigate the well structure: to determine the position of couplings, to get a complete picture of the location of all pipes by depth, the depth of column shoes, packers, valves, etc.
With the help of the processing programme a scheme of the well structure with defects, couplings and shoes is built, as well as a scheme of signal isolines with increasing measurement time.
