Brake Resistor Block BTR-1750PUHL2 for Electric Locomotive Braking

Block of braking resistors BTR-1750PUHL2 is designed to extinguish electric energy of traction motors in the mode of electric braking of diesel locomotive.Blocks can be used for loading of diesel generator, during adjustment works and tests of diesel locomotive without application of loading on water rheostat.Structurally blocks are made in the form of a box, inside of which tape resistors are located. The design of the housing of the blocks provides the possibility of replacing any band resistor during maintenance of the blocks in operation.
