Description

Coupling unit BC N1-1R-AR-DC24 is designed to supply inductive contactless special explosion-proof sensors and conversion of low-current analogue signal from the sensor into an optocoupler signal for control of executive devices.The coupling unit provides: 1. Galvanic isolation of the sensor with the executive device; 2. Conversion of the low-current sensor signal into the optocoupler output signal for controlling the executive device with simultaneous indication of the closed output state; 3.

Inversion of the channel output state by setting a jumper; 4. Control of sensor and sensor communication line serviceability (short circuit, wire breakage); 5. Light indication and opening of the working channel outputs when a malfunction is detected in it; 6.

Formation of the EMERGENCY signal and opening of the emergency channel contacts when a malfunction occurs in the working channel.
