Description

The two-module base unit is used for fast, precise positioning and clamping of jigs or workpieces. The device consists of two functional clamping modules, a base element in the form of a plate, locking pins, air quick couplings and a key. The clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in each functional module is 12000 N.

Clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in the function module with Turbo function 30000 N. Repeatability of the position of the workpiece to be clamped in the base unit with an accuracy of at least 0.005 mm. The length of the device is 399 mm.

Width of the device 201 mm. Overall height of the device 64 mm.
