Automatic Control System for Gas Pumping Unit "Neman-R-11" for Enhanced Efficiency

The Neman-R-11 GPA control system (hereinafter referred to as the control system or the system), implemented on MFK 1500 controllers and Tecon SCADA software of the Russian group of companies Tecon, is designed to perform the full range of functions of automatic control, regulation, monitoring and protection of gas pumping units and to ensure trouble-free long-term operation. The control system can be used in new construction, reconstruction or overhaul of linear and booster compressor stations, gas cooling stations. A set of material parts (KMP) for repair of existing GPA ACS can be developed on the basis of ACS. Manufacturing of GPA ACS is carried out taking into account initial technical requirements of manufacturers of various types of GPAs, located both in individual shelters and in the general building of the compressor shop, including GPAs of modular designs. GPA ACS is designed to operate as part of an automated control system.
