Access Control Device M2 for Metro Systems (UKD-M2) - Enhance Security and Diagnostics

UKD-M2 is designed to work as a part of the control and technical diagnostics system of the metro electric rolling stock "SKIF-M20" and "SKIF-M20.2" for cars of 81-775/776/777 series and their modifications. UKD-M2 provides the following functions: information exchange with the head unit of the train control system via CAN 2.0 V interface; reading information from access cards by contactless RFID technology (card operating frequency 13.56 MHz) and transmitting it to the CAN bus of the train control system; providing the electronic systems of the train with actual values of the exact calendar time via CAN bus, in accordance with the approved exchange protocol.
