K1921VG01N - 32-bit ultra-low-consumption microcontroller based on RISC-V architecture core with internal non-volatile memory, multi-channel ADC, cryptographic coprocessor, serial interfaces, anti-tampering system, low current consumption in active mode and maximum frequency up to 50 MHz. Field of application: measuring instruments, household gas and electricity meters, industrial automation, medicine. The microcircuits are supplied in package-less design, on a common wafer or divided into crystals.
