The proofing cabinet is designed for proofing dough pieces before baking at catering enterprises, independently or as part of technological lines.
It can be single-door and double-door.
The proofing cabinet is a chamber consisting of a base,
side walls, back wall and top panel, closed from the outside with a glass door. At the bottom of the chamber there is a tubular electric heating element (hereinafter referred to as TEN). A container for water is installed above the heating element. On the sides of the chamber there are holders for trays. A thermoregulator sensor is installed in the inner part of the chamber. On the front panel there is a switch-on button, a thermoregulator and an indicator indicating the operation of the heating element.
Capacity - 8-16 levels.
