The Bathing Hip Prosthesis consists of: two trial sleeves made of thermoplastic material based on a mould of the patient's residual limb. The permanent receiving sleeve is customised, made from an impression of the fitting sleeve. Resin is used as a matrix and woven materials, carbon and glass fibre as a filler. A polymer cover is used as the inlay element.
The cover is attached to the prosthesis using a locking device for polymer covers. The adjusting and connecting devices correspond to the weight of the patient and are water-resistant. The foot is uniaxial, anatomically shaped with a smooth surface, moulded toes and a detached big toe. The sole of the foot has a ribbed profile for better grip on the support surface.
The foot surface is water resistant. Knee module monocentric, hydraulic, waterproof with locking mechanism and independent separate flexion and extension adjustment. Any level of movement activity. Complete with a set of covers.
