Designed to ensure the actions of disabled persons (according to the level of amputation) for self-care at home and in public places and to perform some functions of the lost limb, including work requiring physical effort.
The prosthesis must consist of a receiving sleeve, a hook-gripper or working attachments, attachment of the hook-gripper (receiver to the working attachments), and elements for fixing the prosthesis on the residual limb. The receiver sleeve is made of laminated plastic based on bonding resins or thermoplastics with the possibility of using a foam insert for tight fixation of the residual limb. The prosthesis can be fitted with working attachments of any manufacturer (provided that they match the attachment (receiver)) to perform household and labour operations. The prosthesis should be fastened to the residual limb with a textile "contact" fastener. The functions of the prosthesis must be controlled passively.
