FDSA-03M is a microcontroller based device using semiconductor ultraviolet, infrared and visible photosensors. It is designed for selective control of the main burner flame in multi-burner boilers with counter burner arrangement or with dense burner arrangement, where individual control of burner flame is difficult, as well as for control of the common flame in the furnace of boilers.
The device allows to control the flame presence when using gas, coal, liquid fuel as fuel, as well as to control simultaneously or separately the flame on two types of fuel. The following types of fuel are used: gas - fuel oil, gas - coal, fuel oil - coal. In order to achieve increased selectivity, the measurement of background flame characteristics directly from disturbing burners is introduced, narrow spectrum filtering of infrared and visible range is applied, and narrowly directed photo sensors of UV range are used.
