Designed for qualitative and quantitative assessment of RFMK content in blood plasma by their precipitation under the influence of o-phenanthroline. The method is of great diagnostic value, as it is a marker of thrombinemia as one of the main signs of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), as well as thrombosis and embolism.
It allows for dynamic monitoring of RFMK content in plasma, including during anticoagulant therapy. Kit composition: O-phenanthroline, lyophilically dried (volume after reconstitution of 5.0 ml/fl.) - 4 vials; Positive control, lyophilically dried (volume after reconstitution of 1.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial; Negative control, lyophilically dried (volume after reconstitution of 1.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial.
