The valves are used as water supply regulators in thermal power plants (TPP, CHPP and GRES) and are used to regulate the flow of medium within the operating range. In operation, the valve can be controlled remotely or automatically by electric actuators.
The principle of valve operation is as follows: when the control signal is received, the spindle is rotated by an angle from 0 to 900C, which leads to the opening of the profiled holes in the upper seat assembly and closing of the profiled holes in the lower seat and changing the area of the adjustable cross-section of the valve, which provides regulation of the flow rate of the medium flowing through the valve. Diameter |mm|: from 80 to 400; Design pressure |MPa|: from 1.6 to 16; Medium temperature |C|: from 20 to 450; Medium |liquid, vapour, gas|: liquid, vapour, gas.
