Grease trap, manufactured at the plant "NTT-Peresvet" of glass composite, is a product of full factory readiness and is designed to provide treatment of industrial wastewater from meat processing plants, catering facilities, shopping centres, etc. from the contained fats of animal and vegetable origin, as well as suspended solids, with further discharge of treated effluent into the networks of municipal sewerage.
Installation of a grease trap protects the sewerage network from blockage by fatty deposits and prevents the death of activated sludge in biological treatment plants. The grease trap in the form of a cylinder with a diameter from 1.2 m to 2.4 m is manufactured on the basis of a fibreglass pipe of full factory readiness that meets the requirements.
