The Kolibri X-ray diffractometers (hereinafter referred to as diffractometers) are designed for measuring intensities and diffraction angles of X-ray radiation scattered by three-dimensional periodic crystal lattice when solving various problems of X-ray diffraction analysis of a wide range of inorganic and organic crystalline materials.
The principle of operation of diffractometers is based on the phenomenon of diffraction of X-rays from the atomic planes of the crystal lattice of the investigated substance in accordance with the Wolf-Bragg law.
