Via Ferrata Pro Self-Belay System - Essential Climbing Safety Equipment
Bulk pricing available
FOB, CIF & EXW terms available
Description
It is used when connecting to the belay point, anchoring to the station, travelling on the railing, etc. It allows to reduce the jerk force at the moment of stopping the fall. It must not be allowed to be in a position where a jerk with a high fall factor is possible.
This can lead to the destruction of the system. Two arms allow the long arm to be used to attach to a point on the station and the short arm to attach additional equipment. The rope is made of 8.3 mm dynamic rope.
Fastening to the harness is made in the form of a long loop, which ensures fast tying of the self-belay into the harness. The short loop is designed for connection of the rappelling device.
