Description

Valencia VT-1,25 heat cabinet is designed for demonstration, short-term storage and sale of ready hot dishes at the enterprises of trade and catering. Under each gastro-compartment there is a heating element, which provides maintenance of food in a hot state. The cabinet is manufactured in climatic version "U" of placement category 3 according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient air temperature from 12 to 25º? and relative humidity from 80% to 60% respectively.
