Time Measurement Device with Video Recording "PARKON-A" for Traffic Violation Monitoring

The current time meter with video fixation "PARKON-A" is designed for automatic mobile control of traffic violations in the public transport lane and violations of the rules of stopping and parking. It provides automatic recognition of licence plates and checks vehicles against various databases. In the "Search" mode the operator is instantly informed.

The equipment can be installed in any route vehicles (buses, trams, trolleybuses) or in patrol cars. The recorded and processed data are transmitted in real time via wireless communication channels to the data centre server (CAFAP). The complex consists of a video camera, an information processing unit (IPU) and an external GPS/GLONASS antenna.

The equipment is installed in a route bus, tram or trolleybus to control the lane for route vehicles or tram tracks. The video camera can be mounted both on the front panel and on the ceiling of the vehicle cabin.
